At the end of 2025, I was the inaugural recipient of the CBCA NSW Margaret Hamilton Creator’s Residency which gave me a week of dedicated time and space to write. I settled myself into the CBCA office at Writing NSW in Rozelle and finished a third draft of my middle-grade novel, The Library of Serendipity. I was visited by 3 industry mentors, authors Pip Harry and Maryam Masters, as well as a Hachette Publishing representative, Kate Flood.

I finished my Bachelor of Information Studies (Children’s Librarianship) from CSU. There was a lot of mixed emotions about this one as you can see from these pics.

I started a podcast with fellow creative Sarah De La Piedra. The Society of Unpublished Authors has been something we have been talking about for a long time and I’m so happy we finally made it happen.  This has been so fun as we get together to chat about writing, publishing and creativity.
