Jo is a librarian and children’s author writing picture books, junior fiction and middle grade. In 2025 she was the inaugural recipient of the NSW CBCA Margaret Hamilton Creators’ Residency. She has been published online and in The School Magazine, as well as winning and shortlisting in various creative writing competitions. Jo is one half of the podcast duo The Society of Unpublished Authors, and lives and works in Western Sydney.
